• Shakespeare in the Garden.

The Nantucket Arts Council held a fundraiser for the 4th annual Nantucket Shakespeare Festival at Beverly Hall's Hither Creek Gardens in Madaket last night. The evening included a performance of Twelve Night, singing, fire throwing, and a silent action.

Beverly asked me to photograph the event and create a book for her. I'm guessing it's gonna be a colorful book!!

Let's set the scene:

What an ideal setting for portraits!

Everyone had Shakespeare fever!

Wonder what these oranges are for?

What a bunch of characters!

The crowd watches on as we find out what the peanuts and oranges were for!

A special Happy Birthday wish for this party of 5!

This umbrella alone kept the rain away.

While this trumpet....

...served as a self-portrait opportunity!

The End.
